Risk of Loss
EISEN Finance is a decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol that operates on blockchain technology. Users should be aware of the inherent risks associated with the volatility of digital assets and decentralized financial protocols. These include, but are not limited to, the risk of losing assets due to market fluctuations, technical failures, or malicious attacks. Users participate at their own risk, and EISEN Finance assumes no responsibility for any losses incurred.
Non-Investment Advice
All data, including APY/APR or other figures provided by EISEN Finance, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Users should conduct their own research and consult with financial or legal professionals before making any decisions.
Regulatory and Licensing Notice
EISEN Finance does not provide services to individuals or entities in jurisdictions where such services are restricted or illegal, including the United States. If you are a U.S. citizen, resident, or entity, or you are otherwise subject to U.S. regulations, you are prohibited from using this protocol. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. EISEN Finance does not hold any licenses for financial or securities services and disclaims all liability for failure to comply with regulatory obligations in any jurisdiction.
Third-Party Services
EISEN Finance integrates with and relies on third-party services such as wallets, oracles, and external smart contracts. EISEN Finance disclaims all liability for any risks, losses, or damages arising from the use of third-party services, including but not limited to hacking, downtime, or service disruptions. Users are responsible for understanding the risks associated with these services.
Technical Risks and Code Flaws
While EISEN Finance has made efforts to ensure the security and reliability of its smart contracts, no code is flawless. Users should understand that vulnerabilities may exist in the smart contract code, potentially resulting in loss of assets due to exploits, bugs, or malicious attacks such as flash loans. EISEN Finance disclaims any liability for such risks.
Network and System Interruptions
EISEN Finance services may be interrupted, suspended, or terminated due to factors beyond its control, including but not limited to blockchain network congestion, technical issues, or force majeure events. EISEN Finance disclaims all responsibility for any losses or damages resulting from such interruptions.
No Custody of Assets
EISEN Finance does not have custody or control over user funds. Users interact directly with smart contracts, and as such, EISEN Finance disclaims any responsibility for the safekeeping or management of digital assets. In case of any errors, such as incorrect deposit or withdrawal addresses, users may permanently lose their assets, for which EISEN Finance is not liable.
No Warranty
EISEN Finance services are provided "as-is" without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied. EISEN Finance disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services or interaction with other users on the platform.
Notice about transaction
Users must carefully verify the asset type and address when depositing or withdrawing. Depositing unsupported assets or entering an incorrect deposit address may result in the loss of assets, which could be unrecoverable.
